    HOW I CAN HELP

We are designed to line up from our feet to our head in one straight line with the length tension relationship of all major muscles at optimum range allowing joints to move freely.

Often muscles get tight and others get weak creating an imbalance which can create pain, instability and lack of optimum movement. Whilst this can sound simple, it is often the cause of any of the issues listed above.

However, if we aren’t assessing we are guessing so if I don’t assess the length tension relationship of muscles and measure the spinal curves, the posture of the head on the spine and such like, then I am simply guessing as to what the problem may be and how I can help you in the best way.

You might find that you are frequently visiting a massage therapist, which gives some relief, only to be back in the same position a few weeks later.

That is why I carry out detailed postural assessments. During your free half hour consultation we can decide which of the following assessments are appropriate for you and tailor a specific programme.
